The Basics - Emely AI 101

You'll find Emely AI in Microsoft Teams on the left side, and you can start interacting with her right away by clicking the Emely AI icon and asking a question.  Go ahead - try it!


An important part of the workflow is what we call the Closed Loop Knowledge Framework, which means that for any question that Emely doesn't have an answer to, you'll have the ability to send it to the Knowledge Master in your company to get that answer.  Once Emely answers, make sure you let her know if the answer was helpful, or if you need more information!  In order for that Knowledge Master to know you have a new, unanswered question in the enterprise, make sure you confirm that you'd like the question sent to them so they are notified.


Your interactions with Emely are at the core of her training, and how she becomes more helpful over time.

You Are Officially An Expert

How many times have you been asked the same question?  Well, good news.  From this point forward, you only need to answer that once - to Emely AI!


As one of the Knowlege Masters in your organization, you are empowered with the capability to create, update and distribute new information for you team, in real time, to all staff members, right now.


You can get started by navigating to the control panel at app.emely.ai and clicking the "Knowledge Base" tab on the left.  You can create new Q&A pairs, upload documentation for more complex questions and more.  Remain on the lookout for new questions through email from your end users!


Your To-Do for Today: Navigate to the Control Panel and Add one Q&A pair, and one Standard Operating Procedure!

Administrator Welcome Guide

With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility

As an Emely AI Administrator, you are empowered with full control over the AI capabilities for your company.  You'll be able to add and remove content, interact directly with OpenAI for automated code writing, content generation and much more.


Your To-Dos for Today:


  1. Log into the Control Panel and make sure there is at least one set of Q&A pairs set up for each major department.
  2. Configure the Knowledge Master email notifications
  3. Send the Q&A Template to Knowlege Masters to prepare the initial data import.
  4. Validate the link to the Knowledge Base for your Standard Operating Procedures.
