Extremely secure.  All information is stored in your company's Microsoft tenant, and secured by your organization's Microsoft Azure security policy.  Emely runs within your Microsoft tenant, so she's only able to process information that exists within your secured Microsoft environment.

Emely only knows about information you provide to her in the form of direct question and answer pairs, and knowledgebase information.  She uses natural language processing to understand the intention of the question, and she then returns back the information you've provided, which is always correct, provided that the knowledge master in your company keeps it current.

Microsoft Teams!  Emely is automatically added to your desktop and mobile device shortcuts, and is ready to chat as one of the team members immediately.

Since Emely only knows what you train her with, if you ask her a question she doesn't have the answer to, she will offer to send it to a real human for review.  She has API integration capability so she can even open a ticket in your company's internal ticketing system, if you have one ready.

Emely is built 100% in Microsoft Azure cloud and interacts exclusively with Microsoft technologies, such as Power Automate.
